A person vital to maintaining our high standards is our Quality Control Manager, Jacob Daniels. His team performs inspections and tests daily, documents all processes, results and procedures, while keeping the highest industry standards by training and working with Huffcutt’s personnel. With his expertise, Huffcutt is a dual certified plant holding certifications from both NPCA & PCI, a rare accomplishment.
Each piece that is produced in our facility is inspected by the Quality Control Team, under Jacob’s supervision, to ensure all required items and materials are present and in their correct location. The list of inspections may include concrete mix design, concrete testing, strength testing, dimensions, structural integrity, color and product finish.
Jacob just celebrated his two-year anniversary with the company, and what he has accomplished in those two years has solidified the way Huffcutt ensures exceptional quality. In his time with the company he has obtained a total of 13 certifications.
